As a Home Health LPN, you will be a part of an interdisciplinary team of RNs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers who have a strong set of core values and are dedicated to patient-centered care. Your compassionate and positive personality will make an impact on your patients during your daily one-on-one visits and teachings. What you'll need: High School diploma or GED required Current Washington State certification in good standing; LPN required BLS/CPR certification required Two years of medical office experience preferably in a clinic setting preferred Must stay current in knowledge base, certifications and licenses required and meet Hospital-mandated education requirements Experienced LPN's and new grads welcome! What we can offer you: $6,000 sign-on bonus! Outstanding benefits ranked in the top 1% in the state and include low insurance premiums for individuals and families. We pay our LPNs at the top 90% of market wages.
