The Role: They are seeking a Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. You will manage a diverse caseload, handling acquisitions, sales, disposals, joint venture agreements, and more. Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate contracts and leases. Preparing standard information packs for re-sales. Manage freehold and leasehold development acquisitions, sales, and disposals. Oversee high-value freehold and leasehold residential property transactions. Acting as a firm ambassador and promoting the firm. Providing efficient, professional, and friendly service to clients and colleagues. Requirements: Previous experience of 2-3 years working as a Solicitor / Legal Executive / Conveyancer or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of SDLT and applicable reliefs. Familiarity with planning and building regulations related to residential development. Understanding of basic principles of IHT/CGT rules for non-resident/domiciled individuals. Quick and effective response to client needs. Willingness to engage in marketing initiatives is advantageous.
