Position Details: Role: Histology Supervisor Location: Westchester County, NY Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Full time permanent position) Salary Range: $95,000 - $108,000 per year (based on experience) Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the histology department. Assign tasks, review work, and provide guidance to histology staff. Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and regulatory requirements. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate equipment maintenance. Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field. Histotechnologist (HTL) certification preferred. NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist license. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality
