Penny is very social, seems to like other dogs, is super friendly with everyone that she meets and is good for the volunteers when out for walks.Penny is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, tested negative for heartworms and has been wormed.Anyone interested in adoption must meet her and complete an application.Morrow County Dog Shelter, Mt.
