A company is looking for a Head of Business Development in the United States (Remote). Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Business Development Representatives to convert inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities Gather data to guide team towards best practices and align strategies with other departments Develop BDRs for promotions and provide guidance on sales technologies Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience with 1-2 years in sales or sales development leadership Working understanding of sales intelligence, engagement, and marketing solutions Proficiency with Salesforce, lead flows, and CRM Quota-carrying Mid-Market or Enterprise sales experience preferred Referenceable track record of positive attitude, teamwork, and success
