A company is looking for a Principal Front End Engineer. Key Responsibilities: Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems for a complex web application Provide technical leadership for an agile scrum team Collaborate with product, design, backend, and mobile engineering teams to deliver features and maintain web applications Required Qualifications: 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in a front-end role using React and micro front-ends Experience with optimizing front-end implementation for SEO and web caching strategies Experience with experimentation, agile scrum, and strong user empathy An eye for design and a passion for mentoring fellow engineers Experience in a startup environment is preferred
