A company is looking for a Sr. Counsel, Intellectual Property Litigation. Key Responsibilities: Manage and drive all intellectual property litigation cases from complaint to conclusion Collaborate with internal and outside counsel, subject matter experts, and company clients Lead litigation tasks, discovery management, and develop/evaluate settlement proposals Required Qualifications: J.D. Degree with strong academic credentials Current bar membership in the US 12+ years of legal experience with at least 5 years of law firm experience preferred Significant IP litigation experience with a focus on high tech products Experience advising on SEP licensing, litigation strategy, and managing case budgets
