HumanHire is seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to oversee our client's hospital laboratory operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.As a Laboratory Supervisor you will supervise staff, maintain quality control, manage equipment, and foster collaboration. Location: Bronx, NY Salary: up to $120,000/year Schedule: M-F (9am - 5:30pm) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Time Responsibilities: Supervise daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to protocols Manage laboratory staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards Implement and monitor quality control measures and proficiency testing Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory management Foster collaboration with healthcare professionals for effective communication Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions Provide training and education to enhance staff competence Maintain accurate documentation, confidentiality, and data integrity Continuously evaluate processes and implement improvements.
