It's a feeling of possibility, creativity, and purpose that inspires us every day.You will work onsite in our Holly Springs, NC location and will report to the Global Finance Business Partner for CSL Seqirus Supply Chain and Network Strategy. The Role: Collaborate with project managers to develop and evaluate business cases and manage budgets for both Capital and OPEX projects by providing financial insights and guidance to support projects focusing on both short- and long-term investments. You will partner with the business to prioritize projects and set financial budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial risks are identified and managed, and ensure financial performance of projects and portfolios against budgets and forecasts is tracked and fully understood. Provide accurate financial projections to support decision-making, including insight into commitments and contingency. Prepare Business Cases, including cost estimates and ROI calculations, and help develop financial models for project evaluation and portfolio optimization and conduct scenario analysis to assess financial implications of several project and portfolio outcomes. Be the primary finance business partner to the Project Management Office (PMO), the CSLS Investment Review Board (SIRB) and the CSLS Capital Approvals Board (SCAG). Collaborate with teams, project managers, and partners to align financial strategies with project goals, and identify risks and opportunities relative to our strategic goals. Coordinate and distribute papers to support proposals for presentation and approval. Review major project summaries and ensure existing projects are capitalized and post implementation reviews are completed promptly. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also provide Finance Business Partner support to the Holy Springs Site Engineering team including on the ground support to the Holly Springs Capital Projects team for which you will have dotted line reporting responsibility to the Lead Finance Business Partner at the Holly Springs site. Your Skills and Abilities: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. MBA beneficial. 7 years' relevant experience across Accounting/Finance/Business Partnering to at least manager level. Experience working within highly regulated manufacturing environments. Excellent analytical skills, with a high focus on delivery of financial targets. Exposure working in a Global environment. Ability to work well with deadlines and in an environment with multiple deliverables. Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes preferred.
