This position involves tasks such as verifyingdatabase information, coordinating property appraisals, and ensuring compliance withregulatory requirements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Verify Encompass database information for accuracy. Conduct preliminary review of credit reports. Coordinate property appraisals and deliver appraisal reports to customers. Order flood determinations. Generate and send Loan Estimates, Settlement Service Provider's paperwork, andHome Counseling Providers paperwork. Track receipt of 3-day disclosures. Conduct Mavent Compliance Testing. Perform preliminary and final review of loan documentation. Send customer correspondence. Maintain daily pipeline and provide support to branch personnel and customers.Required Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meetdeadlines. Ability to work independently and in teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel and Word.Preferred Education/Experience: Associate's degree or higher in a business-related field.Position Type/Expected Hours: Full-time position with office hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, andoccasional Saturdays. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.Travel: Occasional travel using personal vehicle, including overnight travel. Valid driver's license required.Language Skills: Proficiency in primary language(s) used in the workplace. Bilingual skills a plus. Ability to effectively communicate and respond to questions from managers andcustomers.Physical Demands: Largely sedentary role, requiring use of typical office equipment. Ability to communicate in person and/or by telephone.Work Environment: Typical office/retail environment with ambient room temperatures and lighting.Other Duties: This job description may not cover all activities, duties, or responsibilitiesrequired.
