Qualified candidates will have: Extensive knowledge of Paint, Paint Sundries and Housewares so as to provide excellent service to our customers Ability to train, develop and direct other employees to grow and maintain a successful business Knowledge and selling skill to help customers purchase the correct paint and tools for their job and budget and instruct in safe usage Ability to build merchandise displays that attract customers to shop in our store Work where you like to shop - get a great employee discount - and help develop the best hardware store in the neighborhood .
