What you will do: : Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections :Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives :Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams :Provide support to Outside Sales team:Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services What you will bring: :Previous front:line customer service and sales experience:Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus: Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus:Ability to effectively communicate and follow:up with customers, vendors, team members, and management: Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
