The Inside Sales Representative provides direct support to the Sales and Installation Departments to ensure that the department can meet its defined monthly goals and growth targets. Answers questions from clients and overcome objections to develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow-up with existing Sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into Sales. Build and maintain customer relationships. Upselling products and services Ability to properly answer questions, overcome objections, and convey value to customers. Understand the service to assist customers. Understand customer needs and requirements QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB: Proven sales experience: Outside or Inside sales positions, or outbound call center sales. Strong phone presence and experience. Experience working with CRMs. Time management skills. Ability to take timely action to effectively solve problems, using established policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: Minimum of 2-3 years of Sales experience. High School Graduate or associate degree. Strong listening and communication skills. Teamwork oriented. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Excellent customer service skills. Good computer skills. MS Office Knowledge of HVAC (Preferred)
