Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers• Buyer lead follow up• Buyer lead generation• Close buyer sales• Set and execute appointments• Follow the plan• Sales scripts mastery• Database and CRM mastery Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• An established track record of successful real estate sales • Real estate license required• Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: We are a group of highly productive, community-giving focused real estate agents, with service at the core of our practice of negotiating for and representing our clients to the very highest level.
