Lecturer in Inclusive Learning 36 hours, 52 weeks per year £30,734- £36,710 per annum An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced lecturer to join our Inclusive Learning and MINT team at our Norwich campus. We are looking for a passionate individual who has previous experience of teaching autistic learners. As one of the course leaders on the Phoenix Purple course you will be responsible for designing and delivering sessions which help prepare our learners for future life, work and study. You will be responsible for a cohort of students and will work with the wider delivery and support teams to ensure that student's learning and support needs are met effectively. You will also record, and document progress made against individual EHCP outcomes. Working with the wider delivery team you will plan and sequence a broad curriculum that supports individual development and progress in line with your cohorts EHCP outcomes and any relevant qualifications. You will also record and document progress on the e ILP system. Applicants should have a degree or equivalent qualification and recent relevant experience of working with learners with special educational needs.
