Join my clients team as a Multi: Skilled Building Services Maintenance Engineer and be part of a dynamic and diverse maintenance department. They are seeking a talented and adaptable professional who can effectively maintain and troubleshoot various building systems, ensuring our facilities operate efficiently and safely. If you are a versatile maintenance engineer ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities, this role is for you. Mon: Fri Days (8am:5pm) Salary up to GBP45k + Overtime State of the art contract Key Responsibilities: 1 Maintenance and Repairs: Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety equipment. 2 Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues in building services, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions promptly. 3 Emergency Response: Respond to urgent maintenance requests and provide timely resolutions during critical situations. 4 Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and inventory. 5 Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other maintenance engineers and contractors to ensure seamless facility operations. 6 Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies in all maintenance work. 7 Energy Efficiency: Identify opportunities for energy: saving initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance system performance. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Multi: Skilled Building Services Maintenance Engineer. Proficiency in maintaining and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems. C and G/NVQ in Building Services Field : Mechanical or Electrical Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
