Currently, we are expanding our reset/remodel team and are actively seeking new members. Even if you lack prior experience, we're eager to provide training opportunities to motivated individuals like you! Join us in our mission to deliver excellence in retail solutions. Responsibilities: Safely relocate, construct, dismantle, and adjust beams and shelving within store bays. Modify the positioning of existing stock on display. Update shelves with new pricing labels. Arrange products, signage, and stickers, and assemble displays as necessary, even without planograms. Assess shelving and product placement to align with guidelines, including Plan-O-Grams, visual references, or verbal instructions. Requirements: Ideally, possess at least 1 month of experience in retail resets, merchandising, light construction, or a related field within the industry. Proficient in utilizing modern technology, including up-to-date phones. Available to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Must have reliable transportation for commuting to and from job sites. Capable of standing, walking, and performing repetitive bending for up to 10 hours daily. Able to handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs by pulling, pushing, or lifting. Comfortable working on a ladder up to 20 feet in height.
