We specialize in selling, renting, and servicing a wide range of medical equipment, including ventilators, CPAPs, feeding pumps, and other medical devices. Job Openings: Customer Service Representative/AdminWe have one part-time and one full-time position available. Job Description: We are seeking one part-time and one full-time Customer Service Representative. Duties include: Communicating with customers via phone, in person, and email Assisting customers with their orders and/or questions regarding products/equipment Maintaining both digital and physical customer and equipment databases Processing orders, returns, and rentals Conducting quarterly inventory Performing various duties as assigned The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A high school diploma or equivalent Overall computer literacy Excellent communication skills with outstanding phone etiquette Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and proactivity with the ability to adapt to change Reliable transportation Core Values: Teamwork Integrity Dedication Top Benefits or Perks (Full-time Only): Health care, dental, vision, life insurance Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Career development with room for growth and advancement Office environment: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hourly Rate: Part-time: $13-$16 (Depends on experience) Full-time: $14-$19 (Depends on experience) Location: Northwest San Antonio
