You would be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance the hotel's market presence, and maximize profitability. This role involves leading the sales and marketing team, establishing strong relationships with clients, and overseeing all sales and marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the hotel's sales and marketing plans, including goals, strategies, and tactics. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Analyze competitive market strategies and adjust plans accordingly. Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, and other stakeholders. Oversee the development of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Marketing and Promotions: Create and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s services and amenities. Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Coordinate with the hotel's PR team to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos. Revenue Management: Work closely with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies that optimize revenue.
