The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in corporate law, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively. Duties:Lead and manage the Corporate Services Group (CSG) within the firm.Represent clients in various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.Develop and execute strategic plans for client growth and business development.Maintain and expand a portable book of business.Provide legal advice and counsel to corporate clients on a wide range of issues.Oversee and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff within the CSG.Conduct legal research and draft high-level legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.Participate in firm management and decision-making processes.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in corporate transactions.Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent client service and effective communication. Requirements:Extensive experience in corporate law, with a proven track record of handling complex corporate matters.Active Bar admission in the state of Colorado or eligibility for admission.A substantial portable book of business.Demonstrated leadership and management skills.Strong business development and client relationship management skills.Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active membership in the Colorado State Bar Association or eligibility for admission. Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
