SUMMARY Bering Straits Professional Services, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Refuse Collector for the MCAGCC 29 Palms BOSC contract. This individuals primary job involves picking up and transporting waste/refuse to disposal sites, landfills, or recycling centers using medium and/or Blarge vehicles such as garbage trucks and/or box trucks.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned. * Pick up garbage, trash, and/or refuse from designated base locations * Transport garbage, trash, and/or refuse to dumpsites, landfills, and/or recycling centers * Keep logs and documentation in good order * Clean vehicles and equipment dailyQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
