Must Haves: * HS Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience. * Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass products. * Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions. * Close attention to detail and quality. Nice to Haves: * Associate degree with 0-2 years of experience. * Microscope experience * Soldering experience * Experience handing small products/microchips. Job Description: * Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. * Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents. * Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. * Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
