The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a General Manager in Princeton, NJ to support a Federal contract. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Onsite Position: This role will involve working directly at the university lab. Design and Develop Training: Create and implement comprehensive training programs for new employees. Needs Assessment: Identify organizational needs and align training programs accordingly to meet established goals. Continuous Evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments for optimization. Team Management: Lead and manage staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to new hires and their managers. Clinical Guidance: Offer clinical support in accordance with Advertising and Promotions Policy as required. Procedural Support: Provide guidance and assistance related to procedures and products. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in training and management, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience in managing teams and conducting training sessions. Background in a medical field is preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in commercial, training, or development roles. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in presentation, facilitation, and influencing. Knowledge of adult learning principles, innovative training methods, and instructional design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating complex PowerPoint training presentations. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Competencies in strategic thinking, managing complexity, leading without authority, organization development, collaboration, and project management. Attention to detail is crucial.
