Help Desk Lead- Onsite Arkansas (secret clearance)

Description: Duties include, but are not limited to: * Responsible for all technical support, troubleshooting, integration, upgrades, and maintenance of all networked and locally attached computing equipment * Unpacking and inventorying equipment shipped to the site* Must be able to repair, replace and creatively solve hardware and software issues for all computing equipment supporting an isolated environment of specialized manufacturing and engineering equipment* Maintain network infrastructure, including installations, terminations, upgrades, and equipment replacement.* Responsible for protecting, maintaining, backing up, and recovering data related to IT equipment* Work closely with the IT management and programs to determine support requirements, priorities, and support needs * Develop, implement, and maintain new processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, risk reduction and program excellence* Provide support for Disaster Recovery planning, testing and execution* Collaborate with Central Region Manager and Desktop/Network program management to ensure that security guidelines, computing standards and best practices are followed. * Provide Status Reports and effectively communicate to IT and site management on all outstanding matters/issuesWhat's In It For You:*3 DAYS OFF every weekend with our 4/10 flexible work schedule!From onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security.If you are passionate about solving challenges and want to be in an environment that will provide opportunities to develop beyond your current capabilities, we are waiting to hear from you. Basic Qualifications: Must be and have:* Ability to obtain Secret clearance* Work full-time during core business hours and support after-hour projects, outages, or migrations as necessary * Outstanding work ethic* Self-motivated, customer-focused, and proactive * Able to professionally deal with quick and drastic changes * Capable of supporting multiple tasks and customers with competing deadlines concurrently* Experience working with desktop hardware and software installation/replacement/troubleshooting * Experience supporting network equipment and configuring computers with unique network configurations* Experience troubleshooting network printers* Experience using imaging software* Experience with computer patching and updates* Experience installing operating systems and imaging computers* Experience in vulnerability remediation* Ability to provide after-hours support Desired Skills: * Self-starter, ability to take the lead on projects for the site, understanding of networks and subnets. Strong troubleshooting skills.* Ability to create documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure risk reduction* Ability to learn new processes Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
