Key Responsibilities: Implement communication strategies for various audiences effectively Develop content strategy and compelling materials for different channels Lead public relations efforts, media relations, and crisis communications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communication, or advertising 7+ years of experience in internal/external communication, copywriting, or journalism SaaS experience required, procurement and finance industry experience preferred Previous corporate experience working closely with management and stakeholders Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms
