Primary FunctionAPCOMs facility in Franklin, Tennessee, is a climate controlled facility that manufactures electric thermostats, pipe nipples, dip tubes, elements, and burner assemblies.TheMulti:Craft Maintenance Technician E Shiftwill perform preventative, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on industrial equipment with a strong emphasis on, but not limited to electrical controls and systems. We OfferRegularly Scheduled Hours:Continental Shift E is overnight (5:30 pm : 6:00 am) in two week cycles, 48 hours the first week and 36 hours the following week Pay:Minimum of 27.85/hour (26.85/hr plus 1/hr shift differential). More depending on experience. Responsibilities: Respond to production work orders regarding troubleshoot, repair and maintain a wide variety of manufacturing and facility equipment which includes fabrication, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, PLC and robotic processes.: Assist Multi:Craft Maintenance Technicians on any electrical control, motion control, Vision Camera, robotic and PLC equipment: Primary PM focus on electrical cabinets, PLC/Robot/Drive Backups: Become familiar with APCOM's product specifications and the quality standards, including assisting in the development and upkeep of operating procedures for process and equipment, reviewing each line for quality, and working with the Quality department to train employees to identify quality problems.: Must be able to lift 100 pounds at a time/ 50lbs overhead: Must be able to stand and walk continuously throughout shift, without sitting down: Complete all work orders related in a timely manner. Qualifications:Journeyman or similar related certification or degree preferred:Five plus years of experience in specific responsibilities mentioned above:Must possess a complete set of maintenance tools:Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, PLC's and robotics Education High School Diploma or GEDTrade School Degree Years of Experience Minimum of 5 years related work experience Physical Requirementsstylemargin:top:0.0;margin:bottom:0.0::Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel:toe shoes/boots, ear and eye protection. :The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and with assistance:The employee frequently is required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
