Qualifications and Skills: Excellent driving record history and driving experience is desired. Must be at least 25 years old. Must hold a valid FL driver’s license with “E” classification, and will need to pass DOT physical. Minimum of 3 years of US driving experience. No more than 3 MVR violations in the past 7 years. Ability to pass a Drug/Alcohol test, background, and Employment Verification check. English proficiency level: Intermediate or above Must have a stable work history with a track record of being reliable and punctual. Spanish is a plus EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent and fluency to read and write in the English language. Prior medical transportation experience is a plus Lifting at least 100-200 lbs with the assistance of other teammates Able to work early morning shifts (4 am - 4 pm) Have to obtain the following (we will guide you on how to get them and after 4 months of employment the company will reimburse expenses): 1. Chauffeur License in Miami-Dade, Broward County. 2. Palm Beach County hack license. 3. PASS Certificate (Passenger Assistance, Safety, and Sensitivity). Compensation: Base Salary: You will receive a guaranteed weekly salary ranging from $500 to $800. Overtime Pay: Overtime is calculated using the fluctuating workweek method. This means your regular weekly salary covers all hours worked, and for hours worked over 40 in a week, you will receive additional overtime pay. Powered by JazzHR
