Job description Licensed Massage Therapist Synergistic Living LLC in Sun City, AZ is seeking a self-motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Collaborative Multidisciplinary Holistic Healthcare Team.We are a highly rated team of five Licensed Massage Therapists, and we are expanding to add three more massage therapists and various holistic practitioners. We want dedicated practitioners who want to build their clientele base in one location.We are a team passionate about collaborative healthcare, and we meet weekly to ensure we work together to create the best action plans on behalf of our clients. Our clients come in to receive high-quality, professional massages for either relaxation or pain relief.Most of our clientele has come to us via word of mouth which says a lot! We offer flexible scheduling options that can accommodate your lifestyle needs. Additionally, depending on your needs, we provide a 15-30 minute transition time between client appointments. Beautifully decorated office space, two spacious treatment rooms, and all necessary tools and supplies, including a heated lift table and towel cabinets, are provided. We are growing and expanding into a larger suite in the same building. Duties and Responsibilities: Have knowledge, understanding and be able to perform traditional forms of massage: Swedish, Therapeutic, and Deep Tissue Knowledge of other modalities/certifications: Pregnancy, Hot Stone, Lymphatic, Myofascial Release, Oncology, PNF, Cupping, Gua Sha and/or Craniosacral Therapy are a plus Be able to convey the benefits of massage Provide massage therapy services to clients with a variety of health issues and goals Eager to service existing clients and generate new ones Ability to follow office safety protocols Attend in-person staff meetings Ability to maintain a professional, clean, and well-organized space, including laundering, folding, and putting away linens, replenishing lotions and oils when necessary, and opening and closing duties Strong communication skills with staff and clients, including the ability to write clearly and concisely, i.e., SOAP Notes Motivated team player, professional, have a positive attitude, reliable, flexible, adaptable, and punctual to be able to keep a timely schedule and see clients on time Interest and ability to see 12+ clients per week On average our therapists provide 4-6 massages per shift with flexible breaks Must be able to work weekends, though does not need to be every weekend or both days Be a good problem solver and be able to take feedback. Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness Be creative: always coming up with new ideas to improve our services, reach more clients, and engage our current clients. Must wear professional attire Interest and passion in growing with our team for the long term Qualifications and Experience: Five years of experience (outside of school) is preferred.
