Sweet one eyed wonder! She would do great in any household!Adoption processAs Bryan County Animal Control, our budget is small. Our Animal Control Officers serves as Customer Service, Animal Intake, Code Enforcers, and decision makers. Animal Control Officers reserves the right to refuse anyone that doesn't fit the criteria for adoptions. We do home checks when possible, we are unable to do any type of background check on adopters. We ask a lot of questions and give a lot of information when it comes to adopting a pet from the shelter. Because of this, we tend to send more of our animals out to rescue organizations than adopting. Recent changes in our facilities have made it to where we can alter and get pets minor vet care on their way to the adopter's home.Shelter locationBryan County Animal Control has 2 shelters. Richmond Hill shelter is located at 250 Dog Lane and our Pembroke shelter is at 143 West Industrial Boulevard. We attend local yappy hours, running and walking events with our rescue partners.
