We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.The Role / Responsibilities:- As a QA Automation Engineer, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.- Execute and maintain the automated test scripts, assuring continuous testing process.- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.- Document and/or review testing results working closely with developers and product owners to resolve reported issues.- Help define, collect, and present QA metrics to ensure that our QA process is as healthy and efficient as possible.- Participate in Agile events (daily stand ups, sprint planning, grooming, and sprint retrospectives)- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- Proven experience in designing & implementing automation testing frameworks and methodology to support agile product development- 3-5 years in developing automated test cases in at least on high-level programming language.- 2 years of SDET/CI/CD/test automation experience.- 1 year experience writing automation using Cypress and JavaScript/TypeScript- Ability to work in an Agile team environment and handle changing priorities.- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and tight deadlines, and work under minimal supervision.- Ability to communicate with and present to engineers, senior management and relevant stakeholders.- Experience with Application performance tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics) a plus.- Good database skills.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$86,500 - [[$125,500, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
