The Schedule, Time and Pay program is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support various activities of this one-of-a-kind, complex multi-year Payroll Transformation program on SaaS platform at Client.He/She collaborates with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency and improve work products for the enterprise.The Senior Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business community and Information Services (I.S.). This position elicits and analyzes business needs for highly complex projects and validates that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision. The Senior Business Systems Analyst determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems. He/She ensures Business Systems Analysis (BSA) work products conform to quality and content standards. This position stays current on industry best practices, standards, trends, tools, and techniques. He/She collaborates with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency and improve work products for the enterprise.Minimum Qualifications Conduct data analysis and requirements elicitation/analysisComplete functional and non-functional requirements, plan system integrations, and other applicable artifacts necessary for test, design, and automationCreate analysis documentation on as expected by the IT leads (process/design flows) and other supplemental artifactsTranslate and summarize requirements to Agile/SaFe artifacts (epics, features, user stories, tasks, etc.); follow-up on previously mentioned artifactsSchedule and facilitate effective collaboration on and internal communication on as instructed by the IT leadsRecord and distribute comprehensive meeting minutes within a short time spanProject team collaboration on for the purpose of supporting project milestonesResolve conflicts and issuesEnable team organization on and transparency through Agile tools and conceptsFacilitates and supports all scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective)Skill/Experience/EducationMandatory SkillsAbility to multi-task and work on highly complex problems with a positive attitude - Familiarity to Agile and SCRUM concepts - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with Information Technology terms and principle - Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint)Desired SkillsPayroll experience is a plus
