You kick off by diagnosing and conquering maintenance challenges in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more. Your expertise is the superpower that keeps our properties thriving.As you navigate the day, you're not just a technician; you're a problem-solving maestro. From scheduling and performing preventative maintenance to overseeing apartment turns, your skills are the heartbeat of our communities. QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered, you need: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of previous experience in property management maintenance or a related trade We Would Prefer: A knack for turning maintenance challenges into success stories Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Current driver's license and automobile insurance WHEN & WHERE: Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, with the flexibility to conquer challenges whenever they arise. Overtime may be your ally, and being on-call is all in a day's work.
