SierTek Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to support an opportunity remotely. Position Overview: The Project Manager provides day-to-day operations and task management on projects, manages project components; supervises contract staff; develops project plans with milestones and conducts key project technical tasks responsible for managing, planning, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Essential Job Functions: Plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Determine and define project scope and objectives. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Track project costs to meet budget. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Minimum Position Requirements: 5 or more years of experience in managing BPAs and/or IDIQs for the Human Health Services or National Institute of Health S. in related field SierTeK is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
