Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics or equivalent experience Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management and engineering in the aerospace industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive collaboration. WE VALUE Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) Ability to lead teams to fast, practical solutions using Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirements. Passion for innovation and continuous learning. Willingness to travel to customer and internal Honeywell meetings both domestic and international. Advanced degree preferred.
