Full-Time Cashier-Receptionist needed at Sunset Chevrolet-Buick-GMC, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships. You will be joining a locally and family-owned and operated dealership group with a long history of caring for our clients, our team members, and our community.As the person who creates the first and last impression of our dealership to many valued clients and guests, we are looking for someone with a friendly, helpful demeanor both in-person and over the phone. Although our guestsand customer interactions are priority one, in this role you will also collect payments and perform various office and clerical duties as well.Automotive experience is not needed, however customer service and general office experience is required. Previous experience with a multi-line phone is very helpful as well. Schedule is typically Tuesday-Friday 8:30-5:30 and Saturday 8-4. No Sundays or late evenings. Cashier - Receptionist Duties and Requirements In this key role, you will be interacting regularly with our valued customers and others by phone and in person. You will answer incoming calls and either answer questions directly or transfer to the department or person requested, process payments and record them in our accounting software, and file and perform other office/clerical work as needed. Some practical skills/experience that would be helpful with the day-to-day tasks include: general cashiering and cash handling experience, basic math ability previous experience with multi-line phones the ability to multi-task, stay organized, and follow-through on tasks experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting preferred but not required Sunset Automotive Group Benefits Sunset Automotive Group is a locally and family-owned dealership group operating in Sarasota since 1979.
