Who are we looking for? The Operations Manager will manage the day-to-day operations, team, and quarterly growth plan. In 2024, we will buy 100+ houses and are planning to double that output in the next two years! The Operations Manager will help drive the growth of our rental portfolio, and possibly have a profit-sharing bonus. Who is our ideal candidate? • An individual with experience in managing teams of 10+ FT.• An individual who can have a demonstrated quality of driving a quarterly growth plan through training, accountability, and teamwork.• An individual who thrives on taking risks and facing challenges while maintaining a win-win, positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem-solver and team player who thrives in a challenging and dynamic work environment with high expectations. They will think out of the box and a driver for results. Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure while still delivering excellent results. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving sales professional who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. Compensation • This role offers a generous base plus an unlimited bonus structure. • Depending upon experience, the base will be between $75,000 - $115,000 plus a bonus plan which should be up to 50% of base. Responsibilities:These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives• Hold teams accountable for performance, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks• Take ownership of P&L and business plan, ensuring financial stability and growth• Identify and remove obstacles/barriers that prevent the company from meeting its goals and objectives• Drive special projects and initiatives to improve processes, systems, and overall company performance• Manage and negotiate vendor relationships to support company operations• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement company strategy• Oversee company operations, ensuring a focus on quality and customer satisfaction• Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, with experience in the real estate industry preferred• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams• Proven track record of driving growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remove obstacles and barriers• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels• Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and business plans• Strategic thinker, with the ability to drive company strategy and align teams toward common goals• Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive special projects and initiatives to completion Compensation: $75,000 - $115,000 Base + Incentives About Company: Our mission is to help homeowners in need by helping them solve housing problems through creative solutions.
