As we expand our reach, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our wholesale and retail sales initiatives, with the potential to take on a regional or national role within the organization. Job Description: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase our market share in the juice industry. This includes identifying new business opportunities, establishing, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the retail and wholesale landscapes and will work closely with our marketing, production, and distribution teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies for wholesale and retail channels to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape. Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other key stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials that support business development objectives. Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to ensure our product offerings meet market demands. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products. Work closely with the production and distribution teams to ensure product availability aligns with sales strategies and customer demands. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of successful business development in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on wholesale and retail sales. Strong understanding of the retail and wholesale landscapes, particularly in the juice or beverage sector. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a results-driven approach to business growth. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
